Diagnosis and mapping of the environment<\/h3>

Before writing a single line of code, we mapped the entire existing AWS environment: networks, permissions, services, and dependencies. This assessment revealed the risk points and defined the safe migration order.<\/p>

Infrastructure as Code with Terraform<\/h3>

We converted each resource into reusable Terraform modules, featuring standardized naming, environment-specific variables, and versioned state. What used to be manually replicated in 3 days is now consistently provisioned in about 1 hour.<\/p>

Phelcom needed to replicate its technological environment within the AWS account of a strategic customer in the United States. The project required adherence to the security standards defined by the customer and the ability to reproduce the infrastructure quickly, without relying on manual reconstruction for each new need.<\/p><\/div>

Challenge<\/h3>

The original environment had been created manually, which made replication slow and increased the risk of configuration drift. Each new reproduction could take up to 3 days and required adjustments to meet requirements such as private networks, port closing, and the adoption of official SDKs. The model could not keep up with the speed required for the new operation.<\/p><\/div>

Solution<\/h3>

DOMVS iT migrated its infrastructure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. The architecture is now described in code, enabling version control and standardized provisioning. Security requirements were also incorporated into the new structure so that each replication would be created in compliance with the standard required by the client from the outset. As a result, the environment no longer relies on manual rebuilds and can now be reproduced consistently.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
