1. Data used and purpose
DOMVS iT may collect and use personal data actively provided by the User (full name, email address, field of work, professional level, phone numbers) to provide information about services, for contracting purposes, and to send marketing and informational emails, always after obtaining express consent. To revoke your consent, send an email to seguranca@domvsit.com.br.
Data is also collected automatically (location, date, and connection time) using standard technologies such as cookies and Google Analytics, for the purposes of evaluating visits and traffic sources, understanding interaction with content, and improving the browsing experience.

9. Obligations Under DOMVS iT
DOMVS iT undertakes to use the data in accordance with this Policy and to use its best efforts to protect it; however, it shall not be liable for illegal intrusions or interceptions by third parties due to the inherent vulnerability of the Internet.
10. Final considerations
In the event of a violation of the rules set forth in this Policy or of applicable law, DOMVS iT may take appropriate legal action. DOMVS iT does not send physical mail or request confirmation of information by phone.
11. Legislation and jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the Laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially Law No. 13,709/2018, with the forum of the Users' domicile being competent.
